Located in the West Pennine hills, the Rossendale Triathlon is a scenic but challenging event. The 400m swim is at Marl Pits Swimming Pool in the market town of Rawtenstall. The 20km cycle route starts in Rawtenstall and goes through Waterfoot to Burnley, past the picturesque reservoir at Clowbridge, and back into Rawtenstall. While the 5km run takes in the quiet country lanes around Marl Pits Sports Complex.

The triathlon starts at 9.00am on Sunday 8th June 2008.

£27 for individuals and £32 for a Relay Team of 3 (1 person to complete each discipline). £2 will be refunded to BTA members on event day on production of a valid licence. Spectating is free.
